WithMilk Living is a small timber building company. We build new timber frame homes and take on renovations, bringing the same care and attention to a brand new frame as we do to a room that's been standing for a century.

We're a growing practice with a genuine love of the material. Timber is renewable, beautiful and forgiving to work with, and it makes homes that feel warm and calm to live in.

We see every project through from start to finish with our own teams, draughtsmen and plan walkers, wood, glass, plumbing, electrical, wet works and landscaping, so the same care runs through every stage.

We love to recycle old wood and give it a second life, and we're always looking for little easter eggs to tuck into a build, all while keeping the whole thing fresh and contemporary.

Every project is personal. We work closely with the people we're building for, keep things clear and honest, and take real pride in the finished result.
